In response to the recent CMS "Conditions of Participation" audits, TA has assembled a team of clinical consultants to assist transplant centers who find themselves under a System Improvement Agreement (SIA).  We can provide qualified consultants for the role of Independent Consultant or as members of an Independent Peer Review Group.

TA can provide review of your centers' compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, UNOS Policy, and QA/QI program assessment.

TA performs clinical operational reviews of individual transplant programs.  These reviews can be on-site or through desk audit and can include analysis of the patient evaluation process, patient throughput, patient scheduling, clinical documentation, and staffing.
