BOB CLIFTON, PRESIDENT

Bob has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. Bob served as

VP of Business Development with Stadlanders Drug Distribution Company,

a specialty pharmacy serving the Transplant Community.  He directed and

coordinated all aspects of sales, marketing, and new business development

including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture development, pharmacy

support programs, and Biotechnology company relations.  Bob also served

as VP of Sales and was a board member of Health Management, Inc. (HMI),

a publicly traded company in the drug distribution business.  While at HMI, Bob

served as President of Health Reimbursement Corporation (HRC), a division

of HMI.  As President and board member, he oversaw all facets of operations

for the company that provided specialized reimbursement, clinical support,

and product distribution services for major drug manufacturers as well as for

Transplant patients and centers.
